Do you need fresh, local salmon to stock your freezer?
Throughout the summer, Valley residents, Trevor and Adria Rollman and their three children, will bring their catch back to the Valley from their multi-generational fish-site.
These beautiful sockeye (and later, coho), caught in northern Cook Inlet waters, will be delivered on ice to Friday Flings in Palmer – the day after they are caught! Choose whole fish (guts and gills removed) or portions/fillets – vacuum-sealed, fresh or frozen. We have smoked fish too!
Prices are $22 per fish, $16 for vac-sealed fillets and $8 for vac-sealed, 1/2 fillet portions. Smoked, 1/3 fillet portions are $10. Reserve your fresh Cook Inlet salmon now with a 50% deposit!
