The show’s theme is Walk About Wasilla and features 10 original paintings of various known landmarks out and about the Wasilla area. The show will be on display throughout the month of June.

Displayed are two of the photos redone in Deb Lestenkof’s (Alaskan alcohol ink artist) own perspective. “I see things saturated in color, contrasted hues... the beauty of alcohol ink is it brings everything alive, even if made on flat paper. Alcohol moves the ink to create depth and texture.”

The video’s on-camera host is Gina Murrow, the inventor of Paint a Scarf. Gina teaches the basics of silk painting during the first half of the video. Then she paints nine different scarf designs (using time-lapse photography) in the final 12 minutes.

Leonitus is a great cat. He is very affectionate with people and does just fine with other cats. He would likely do well with a mellow dog. He loves to go outside and hunt and enjoy spring.

Handles is a slim young boy with the classic M on his forehead and some tiger stripes camouflaged in his handsome gray coat. He is maybe a year or two old.
