The Supremacy of We the People and our Rights Shall Not be Violated: If Violated = Crime & Petitions of Redress of Grievances & Free Access to Grand Jury
We the People, children of the Most-High Sovereign God, reign Supreme in this realm over ‘government’ as a mere artificial creature of the People, created to serve the People and to secure our rights-- The Supreme Law giver and Our Creator, (power to control what you create) has given We dominion here, but through our mis-steps and trespasses without repentance, We have made ourselves vulnerable—without our due diligence to teaching and knowing our history and Law, We have allowed the subtlest Beast in the Garden to deceive and mis-direct us again and again, and he has used this feminist and moral de-gradation through attrition to open us up to ‘sin’ by breeching doors to our minds We should have not allowed opened—sometimes time passes before something finds its way in, therefore, allowing enough time to pass while Justice sleeps and forgetting the Truth and the inevitable repercussions of Lawlessness = Crime and punishment, although in such dark times of those who have fallen away has gotten so undeniable - it is more important now to shine your light in the Love of Life and Liberty, as Our Fathers Glory so commands us and the Constitution reminds us it is not only our right but it is Our DUTY to throw of injustice of these physical/spiritual trespassers and to walk uprightly as We are meant to do.
In this ‘world’ We established a firewall to secure our Rights, but have not vigorously kept the teaching of it, nor held to account=balance as it has morphed/metastasized into this counterfeit Beast system of injustice (get it yet?) that We must slay it as “artificial creatures” of the Law “of man” bound by Oath to obey the Law to secure our rights or slay it-- Several ways We get ‘it’ back under our control in the physical is “We the People of God” are to Proclaim our Liberty, thus bringing true peace and through the Powers of the Grand Jury and Petitions of Redress and Remonstrance, to hold in check those who serve us as “powerless employees” (all their statutes, rules, codes, ordinances and mandates control ONLY their actions as employees of We The People and hinders NOT any of Our Un-alien-able rights from God) and not allow their Crime and Sin=corruption to eat out our very substance as We are responsible to control all of the artificial creatures’ conduct We created or they created.
Two of these; the Grand Jury to investigate ALL matters before them including any Law or ‘legality’ of the complaint to the Grand Jury and use extreme moral judgment of the Law/Truth in the settlement of the matter, and, is why the jury is to be of Our similar class/status=peers=neighbors so that Justice for ALL be truly served by those who know Us and our patterns and practices, and above all our heart and intentions—and Petitions of Redress (an act) and Remonstrance (an actor) are where the full body of ‘government’ in a joint session is to hear the trespass=Crimes and hold those actions by STATE or actors accountable to the fullest measure of Law, which starts with their Errors and Omissions Bond they are required to carry so the public does not burden the costs of their injurious behavior—but means that they could lose their homes, money, Liberty and up to their Life depending on the severity of their Crime against We The People—this does not end at employees but extends to ALL corporations, NGO’s and axillary appendages and structures hiding under whatever name or cloak, or disguise—
Both of these have been delayed, hindered, refused, denied and actually subverted- a Crime and goes straight to Treason and Sedition=Satanic. These Crimes are and have been a long train of usurpations against We The People through a form of satanic war against the Law, Truth, and Justice by public servants under “Silent weapons for quiet wars” doctrine, also called ‘legal subversion’= anti-Law, utilizing the very worst and basest attorner’s, magi’s and storm Troopers (whom all owe allegiances to the Satanic realm/Marxist-Communist and other Enemies of The State-People=Rome=demoncracy/democracy) to eat our very substance through that stealthy fraud and subversion—currently, they have gotten blatant in their hatred and arrogance to We The People—Assistant Attorney General John Skidmore and other un-named and named accomplices= conspiracy= RICO= Treason= Sedition, with FULL knowledge of the Attorney General Tregg Taylor and even Governor Michael Dunleavy, the highest reaches of Power under We the People of and under God—has actively aided and abetted subversion to interfere and stop We The Peoples access to our Grand Juries to introduce Criminal Complaints and Presentments and Indictments for Crime and conspiracy against Us by corrupt public servants (thieves and worse) in ‘government’ positions and providing ‘government-services’ through “Privatization of Government”, regardless of which country they are owned and operated out of are hereby NOTICED to cease and desist all of your outside the Law acts.
The mis-leading of the Grand Juries to see what only the agents of ‘STATE OF ALASKA’ corporation wants them to ‘see’= know= comprehend= understand. The current Criminal Complaint of concern happening in Kenai Alaska involves, partially, Criminal Perjury by Marla Franken-Greenstein (wolf in sheep’s clothes) (true name unknown) as she fraudulently investigates complaints on crimes by the BAR= ALASKA COURT SYSTEM corporation within their own chicken-shack, and ‘coincidentally’ has done so successfully fraudulently pretending no mis-conduct what-so-ever in her 33 years as the only head witch in her position.
The Petitions of Redress/Remonstrances were filed upon the Alaska Legislature via the office of the Clerk of the House Crys Jones who verified and guaranteed Our Right and ‘their’ responsibility to hear them and make the reparations, of which she presented them to then Speaker of the House Bryce Edgmond and now even Speaker Louise Stutes seems to have traitorously violated their Oaths to We The People by not Judiciously/expediently read them on the floor of a joint Session as is required, then investigated if necessary by a Special Redress Committee with the Highest investigatory powers, voted upon to give Remedy through the Treasury or foreclosure of an actor(s) Error’s and Omissions Bond or property. It seems the NWO/UN agenda legislature has different ideas for Our Republic then We The People do, having clearly expressed We are the Masters and you are the servants, and so profoundly recognized by former Lt. Governor John Coghill in his introduction to the Alaska Constitution and as one of We the People “you as the governor not the governed.” But alas is only one of the moving heads of the Octo—but a very significant one.
This is where We The People come to Life, make clearly known We demand the public “servants” to OBEY the Law-the true will of the People of God, their Masters, and immediately cease and desist this “outside the Law”, and “the Common Law” (lex non scripta) Admiralty/Contract/’legal’ filth secretly deceptively enslaving every man woman and child by the purpose-full mis-use of the word ‘person.” We are calling for Death Penalty for any ‘persons’ in ‘government’ or any dis-information sources covering up their crimes for anyone coming for our Children and to split our Families, which is equatable to genocide—of course after a Grand Jury Bill of Indictment and execution of the judgment and sentence, swiftly, as Justice delayed is Justice denied—
