We The People Employment Application

When we apply for a job, we are expected to fill out an application that shows our intent to do the job we are hired to do.

Why should running for political office be any different? Politicians do have a JOB, to serve We the People. Politicians enter public service to serve our communities, our schools, our cities, our borough, our state and/or our country.

What does their application look like? Are they qualified? Do they understand who their boss really is? Do they understand the U.S. Constitution and/or the Constitution of the State of Alaska that they raise their right hand and swear to uphold and defend? Have they even read the Constitution?!?

We need to hold our elected officials to a higher standard. Every candidate should be required to fill out this simple 21-question application, the “We the People Employment Application”. Then sign their name to it. Perhaps then we will get people elected to office who will truly represent us, We the People.

Please print this application out, submit it to each candidate who is running for office and have them fill it out in its entirety and publish their application for We the People to review.

As for myself, I am running for U.S. House of Representatives in Washington D.C. to represent all Alaskans, and I have filled out my application. You have my word, that if elected, I will do my best to serve my employers, all Alaskans, back in Washington D.C.
