Reggae Legend Ziggy Marley to Perform at 2026 Fair

Nine-time Grammy Award winner Ziggy Marley will bring his reggae legacy and positive message to the 2026 Alaska State Fair, performing Sunday, August 23, at 6 p.m. as part of the ConocoPhillips Alaska Concert Series at the Borealis Theatre.
The eldest son of Bob and Rita Marley, Marley has built a legendary career spanning nearly four decades. Blending reggae, soul, rock and global rhythms, he uses music as a tool for reflection, upliftment and connection.
Ziggy Marley & The Melody Makers earned their first Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album with 1988’s Conscious Party and went on to win two more Grammys during their nine-album, 13-year run. Marley launched his solo career with Dragonfly in 2003 and has since earned six additional Grammy Awards. His ninth solo studio album, Brightside, was released in April 2026.
Fans can choose between concert-only tickets or tickets including Fair admission, discounted and valid only for the day of the concert.
