PRESS RELEASE
Have you ever longed for the sound of music that is real, honest - that speaks to your soul? Without the glitz and glamour- just raw beauty with exquisite harmonies, thought provoking lyrics and melodies that take you away. Spend an evening in concert with the Redhead Express and you will be captivated by their sound, their realness, their passion and most importantly, their heart. The 4 sister group left Alaska in 2007 and has performed over 2000 shows. The music of the Redhead Express takes you back to your roots in a way that feels fresh and new.
They have been touring North America for the past 9 years, performing at fairs, festivals and performing arts centers. Now based out of Nashville, Tennessee, they are working with industry professionals, creating a unique harmony-rich, folk country sound that is taking the world by storm. Their music is being played by DJs from the US to New Zealand to Sweden, Ireland to South Africa and in between. The Redheads are thrilled to be performing at the Alaska State Fair for the third year in a row.
