Contributed by Ken Hagler

Ok, who doesn’t love good, hot fish sticks (or chicken strips)?! Ok, don’t answer that BUT I know kids sure do! This is a SUPER simple, healthy solution to make up in your favorite cast iron skillet!  These fish sticks are packed with protein and healthy fats. They're also incredibly easy to make, making them a perfect option for a quick and healthy meal.

You are gonna need

- 12-16 ounces of chopped tuna, salmon or chicken

- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 egg

1.     Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2.     Next, combine the ingredients in a bowl and get them mixed together.
3.     Butter up a large cast iron skillet.
4.     Form your mixture into sticks (should be around 8)
5.     Bake until golden brown, around 20 minutes.
6.     Serve with your favorite dipping sauce for a fun and flavorful keto-friendly snack or meal.

Option: Just double this up to feed more hungry folks!   OH YESSSSS!!!
